We offer complimentary shipping and returns. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information included. Orders shipped through UPS will arrive in 2-5 business days. Signature requirements for packages are available upon request.
Pre-order and Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page.
We want every pair of Keeyahri's to meet your expectations. Whether your shoes are too small, too big, or just not what you were imagining, you are welcome to exchange them for another pair or receive store credit within 10 business days. You may receive a full refund if your order is returned in 5 days. Returned items cannot have any scuffs, marks, scratches or signs of wear. Please note that requests for exchanges should be made 10 days after the delivery of your order. Returns are only available for 5 days after delivery of your order.
Once your returned has arrived and been processed you will receive a notification email. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. At that time, we will notify you if your return is eligible for a refund. If approved, you will receive a follow-up email with information about your refund.

Please include original packing slip/invoice, dust bag and box. If invoice is misplaced, include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
