RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want every pair of Keeyahri's to meet your expectations. Whether your shoes are too small or too big you are welcome to exchange them for another pair or receive store credit within 7 business days. Exchanged items cannot have any scuffs, marks, scratches or signs of wear. Please note that requests for exchanges should be made 7 days after the delivery of your order.

Once your returned has arrived and been processed you will receive a notification email. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. If approved, you will receive a follow-up email with information about an exchange or store credit information.

I’m so pleased with these sassy shoes. They are the perfect height, not too tall and the vibrant color is beautiful

Chic, sexy, unique, well-crafted

Chic, sexy, unique, well-crafted, comfortable. The sculptural heel is to die for. I’m kicking myself for not getting another pair in a different color. Most of my shoes are Jimmy Choo and Keeyahri’s materials and craftsmanship are on (or perhaps exceed) that level.

It’s cold in my neck of the woods. But I don’t want to wait until next summer. I’m planning a tropical vacation now, just to rock these!

Season

Hi- I received the shoes. They are very pretty and fit well. However I ordered them in May and pretty much can no longer wear them until next summer. I did get the apology note- which was lovely, however I do feel like a discount on the shoes or a coupon for a future purchase is appropriate. I literally lost the season
