SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Pre-order and Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. 

We offer complimentary shipping. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information included. Orders shipped through UPS will arrive in 2-5 business days.  Signature requirements for packages are available upon request. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want every pair of Keeyahri's to meet your expectations. Whether your shoes are too small or too big you are welcome to exchange them for another pair or receive store credit within 7 business days.  Exchanged items cannot have any scuffs, marks, scratches or signs of wear. Please note that requests for exchanges should be made 7 days after the delivery of your order. 

Once your returned has arrived and been processed you will receive a notification email. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. If approved, you will receive a follow-up email with information about an exchange or store credit information.

If you need to exchange or return for store credit, Please send an email to info@keeyahri.com . We will get back to you in the next 24-48 hours to begin the return process. 

EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT -  only available 7 days after delivery!

NO REFUNDS / NO CANCELLATIONS - Keeyahri does not offer refunds. You will receive a store credit to be redeemed on another selected item.
